Emmet Seibels
Emmet has over 15 years of strategic industry experience and has successfully laid the foundation for major companies. Prior to forming FrontStream Payments, Emmet was a Senior Vice President for Verus Financial Management for whom he led the company’s acquisition efforts. Emmet was the fourth employee and part of the founding team at Verus Financial Management. He sourced two of Verus’ four largest acquisitions and was the leader for the majority of Verus’ acquisition activities, including sourcing, valuation, financial and legal due diligence. Prior to Verus’ $325MM sale to Sage in 2006, Emmet had acquisition or portfolio purchase discussions with over 100 credit card ISOs and agents and executed over 20 portfolio purchases (i.e. residual purchases) from agents.
Before his time with Verus, Emmet worked in investment banking at Robinson-Humphrey Company, started his own software company, and led product management and business development for another venture-capital-backed software company.
Emmet graduated from the Honors College at the University of Mississippi with a perfect 4.0 grade point average and received his M.B.A. at Harvard University.
Diane Faro
As a financial services industry consultant, Diane utilizes her strong payment’s expertise and skills to advise leading payment industry companies, including FrontStream Payments, in developing strategy and growing revenues.
Diane has 30 years of experience in financial services and electronic payments processing industry. Not only has she achieved great success in establishing her own financial consulting company, but has held multiple prestigious positions at First Data Merchant Services. Diane began at First Data as the Vice President of Operations and worked in other divisions of the company. With the achievements and dedication she displayed, soon earned her way as the President of First Data Global Merchant Services.
As the President of First Data Global Merchant Services, Diane led the efforts in building strategic business partnerships with Global National customers in vertical markets such as Supermarket, Petroleum, Quick Service Restaurants, Retail, and Non Face-to-Face. She is responsible for over $1 billion in annualized revenues. Diane is an executive leader with a record of achievement in delivering financial performance and driving new strategic directions by enhancing sales, marketing, product development and operations.
Richard Colonel
Mr. Colonel is an Operating Partner and member of the Financial Services Advisory Board of Arsenal Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Arsenal in 2010, Mr. Colonel was Chief Revenue Officer of Mangrove Software and its’ affiliated HRMS and Employee Administration businesses. Before Mangrove, he held the same role at ADNET Technologies, serving the ERP Software market and Network Infrastructure market. Prior to ADNET, Mr. Colonel spent seven years leading the Sales force at Intuit’s Payroll division while it grew from 300,000 clients to over 1MM clients. Mr. Colonel joined Intuit with the acquisition of EmployeeMatters.com, where he ran sales and business development. Prior to EmployeeMatters.com, Mr. Colonel spent eight years at Paychex, in various sales and sales leadership roles.
Mr. Colonel graduated with a BA in Economics from State University of New York – Binghamton.
